What does it cost?
There is no listing fee or monthly fee. The standard commission is 12% for the first 90 nights of a stay, then 5% for nights after 90.

The client pays unpack. first. Once their funds clear, your share is deposited to your bank account within five business days.

The company signs an agreement covering house rules and damage beyond normal wear. Review the stay terms before accepting, and keep appropriate property insurance in place.
Do I need property management software?
No. You can share a software export, a spreadsheet, or property addresses and we can set up your portfolio. Listing is free.
Will I get bookings?
No booking is guaranteed. Matches depend on company demand, location, property fit, and availability. You decide whether to accept every proposed stay.
Is the waitlist open?
Yes. Operators with furnished properties in Canada can join the free waitlist. Joining does not guarantee a Founding Operator spot; the Founding application date will be announced separately.
