What is corporate housing?
Corporate housing is furnished temporary accommodation for people staying away from home for work, relocation, or another extended need. It is an alternative to arranging a hotel or vacation rental for the full assignment.
Who is the unpack. corporate waitlist for?
HR and relocation teams, travel managers, healthcare and staffing agencies, project coordinators, and insurance placement teams arranging housing for other people. Property operators have a separate application on our operator page.
How is unpack. different from Airbnb?
Airbnb is a broad accommodation marketplace. unpack. is being built specifically around corporate placement briefs and furnished monthly stays, so the starting point is your team's housing requirements rather than browsing individual vacation listings.
How long are the stays?
Our focus is monthly and mid-term housing, typically 30 to 180 nights. Exact minimum stays, extension options, and terms will depend on the property and will need to be confirmed before booking.
Which Canadian cities will be available?
We are building a Canada-wide network. Launch coverage will depend on participating operators and available homes in each market. Share your target cities when signups open; we are not promising inventory in every city.
Can I book a stay right now?
Not yet. You can join the corporate waitlist for launch updates and early conversations about housing in Canada. Joining is not a booking, reservation, or guarantee of availability, and unpack. is not an emergency housing service.
